Perfect for a little rest and relaxation on your recovery day!
Open to members and non-members, we run a yin yoga class seasonally on Sunday mornings, typically in 4 to 6 week blocks.
Yin is a slower, more relaxed paced class geared toward opening the body by holding poses for extended periods of time (think 3-5 minutes per pose). Our instructor Shari will help you go beyond superficial muscles to target dense connective tissues that are difficult to open.
