Personal and Small Group Training
 
Group classes are not necessarily the answer to all of your fitness needs.  If you have concerns or goals outside the scope of group fitness, we offer one on one and small group training sessions.  Whether you need help with nagging aches and pains, want to improve your weightlifting or gymnastics technique, or simply want to improve your quality of life, we can all find benefit from some extra attention and specific guidance and help.
