Group CrossFit classes are the core of our gym. With a variety of movements, time domains, loading, and repetitions throughout the weeks and months, these classes will give you a large, well rounded, base of fitness. Every class will include the following:

-General Warm Up

-Specific Warm Up & Instruction of Movements

-Scaling Options & Review of Programmed Workout

-Coaching During the Workout to Ensure Safety and Proper Intensity

-Cool Down & Accessory Work

Classes are by reservation only and are currently limited to 12 people.  Sign in through your Wodify account or email us to reserve a spot!
