Metabolic conditioning week ends with the traditional Saturday partner WOD. (Catch the video...the cat swims!)

 

Important reminder: yoga is on Saturday at 10 this week. Not Sunday. Also, for those who were considering running the Colby 5k, the race is full and is not accepting morning of registrations.

 

Mobility:

 

20 minutes

 

WOD:

 

Teams of 3

 

Complete 2500 m of rowing, 50 goblet squats, 50 ring rows, 50 kb deadlifts and 50 burpees.

 

Exercises must be completed in this order before progressing to the next. One person must row at all times, one works on the exercises and one rests until all reps are completed and row distance is reached.
