WOD:

 

Three 5-minute AMRAPs with three minutes of rest between each round.

 

Number 1 --

 

5 minute AMRAP of 20 double unders (60 singles) and 10 overhead squats (75/55).

 

Rest 3 minutes

 

Number 2 -- 

 

5 min AMRAP of 10 dumbbell hang cleans and and 20 walking lunges with dumbbells (35/25).

 

Rest 3 minutes

 

Number 3 -- 

 

5 min AMRAP of 5 burpees, 10 sit-ups and 12 air squats.

 

Score is total number of rounds and reps.
