Strength

 

back squats 5x5 across

 

WOD

 

10 stations, 2 rounds, 45 secs on 15 rest

 

1. Handstand push-ups

2. Ball slams 30 lb

3. Strict knees to elbow

4. Aerodyne bike

5. Ring rows

6. DB thrusters

7. Burpees

8. OH med ball lunges

9. TRX ab crunches

10. Sit ups
