Mobility: 20 minutes

 

Goat Development:

 

Pick three movements to work on that our difficult for you 1. Barbell movement 2. Gymnastic (pull up, muscle up , handstand) 3. Skill (DU, breathing tech, etc)

 

Cardio:

 

Row intervals 5 x 250 meters
