First minute: 1 wall ball, two sprints

 

Second minutes: 3 wall balls, two sprints

 

Third minute: 5 wall balls, two sprints

 

Fourth minute: 7 wall balls, two sprints

 

Fifth minute: 9 wall balls, two sprints

 

Sixth minute: 12 wall balls, two sprints

 

Seventh minute: 15 wall balls, two sprints

 

Eighth minute: 12 wall balls, two sprints

 

Ninth minute: 9 wall balls, two sprints

 

Tenth minute: 7 wall balls, two sprints

 

Eleventh minute: 5 wall balls, two sprints

 

Twelfth minute: 3 wall balls, two sprints

 

Thirteenth minute: 1 wall ball, two sprints

 

Keep going for as long as possible. Penalty for dropping off ...
