Warm Up:

 

3 min moderate row

 

 

Mobility:

 

10 minutes with 1 minute dedicated to each of the following poses: runners lunge, hamstring stretch, pigeon pose

 

Skill:

 

4 rounds of 5-10 strict pull-ups

10 split squats each leg

 

Strength:

 

Box squats

 

8 sets of 3 reps across
