Skill:

 

5 sets of 10 reps Overhead Squats (light and super slow for form)

 

Strength:

 

OTM 10 mins

 

Choose one weight

 

10 Back squats ODD mins

5 Front squats EVEN mins

 

Metcon:

 

15 min AMRAP

 

10 ring or bar push-ups

10 Ring or bar rows

10 Abmat sit-ups

10 box jumps 24/20
