Summa Partners With Blooming Glen Farm to Offer Fresh Produce

Improving your health is a combination of many factors, including vigorous exercise and sound nutrition. We've got the vigorous exercise down pat and now Summa is here to help you improve your nutrition through a new partnership with Blooming Glen Farm, a certified organic farm in Perkasie.

We're delighted to announce that Summa is the new Doylestown pick up location for Blooming Glen Farm's community supported agriculture program. Beginning in early June and running for 22 weeks, anyone in the Doylestown area will be able to pick up their weekly delivery shares at the box.

Blooming Glen Farm offers two boxed shares to choose from, both of which consist of seasonal, freshly harvested vegetables. A weekly large box contains 10 to 12 items. A weekly medium box will have 6 or 7 items.

You can get additional information and register for the CSA program at: Choose CrossFit Summa as your delivery site!

We'll also be featuring weekly recipes to help you enjoy your fresh produce. The items you can expect to receive through the CSA program range from the familiar -- beans, beats, broccoli, carrots, celery, cucumbers, radishes, strawberries, potatoes, squash, corn and many more -- to the more unusual -- bok choy, kohlrabi, tasoi, okra, celeriac.
